About the Role

We are looking to hire our first Account Manager. Given this is the first role of its kind in the business, we are looking for an experienced all-rounder who can support our major client accounts, as well as run client implementation projects from pre-sales through to customer onboarding.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting our key clients, ensuring we are providing the best service possible.
• Building relationships with key contacts
• Working in conjunction with the CEO and sales team to create growth opportunities
• Project managing print trials and onboarding of new clients. This will involve liaising between our customers, our sales team and our engineering team - keeping them all on track and meeting deadlines.
• Working with clients and our pre-sales team to develop new solutions that meet clients needs
• Some international travel to meet clients and attend events

Key experience

• Account management of large accounts
• Experience managing clients in a highly technical or complicated solution space
• Experience as a project manager
• Experience onboarding customers in either a pre-sales, customer onboarding, or customer success role.

Nice to have experience

• A background in science or technology
