- Organise execution of defined QC scripts on selected devices before releases
- Ensure test results and data are uploaded, organised, and shared with the engineering team
Data & Sample Quality

- Work with the research team to support specific testing requests when required
Device & Tool Management
- Support procurement, onboarding, and setup of test phones
- Help ensure the device fleet stays up to date as new phones are released
- Assist testers with practical technical issues (e.g. uploading data from phones to Google Drive)
Communication & Issue Escalation
- Act as a point of contact between testers and the development team
- Identify issues such as app crashes, blocked test locations, or device problems and escalate them promptly
- Help keep testing on track when plans change or unexpected problems arise
Key Experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating tasks and managing multiple priorities
- Clear and confident communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical people
- Able to follow defined processes and escalate issues appropriately
- Willingness to learn quickly and build understanding of the product and testing workflows
Nice to Have Experience
- Experience in QA, testing, data collection, or operational roles
- Familiarity with issue-tracking or task-management tools (e.g. Linear, Jira, Trello)
